Wow, that was a fun day. We qualified #7 and drew John in the first round. While we we in the lanes waiting, John came over and shook hands with Kevin and wished him good luck. Class guy John and Brian are. Thanks to you guys for putting that event on. Great turnout and and great day racing. That was our first time at Thompson and it's a nice track.

I was at TRP lastnite. Good to see John got a win and not Decerbo. Good to see someone else win. Great job. Anyone have pics of the race. Scott Sill was runner up in TOP and yesterday was his B-Day. Good Job Scott...

Congratulations to John, Brian and the whole team. Way to come through in the clutch with all the friends and family there.

Jim Curtis is very good about allowing time runs for non-qualifiers or eliminated cars after every round of eliminations. After second round Smith ran 4.13 at 175.57 and Rahaim ran 4.04 at 177.6. After the final round everyone was walking away from the starting line when Rahiam came around the corner for another time run. Everyone went back to the starting line to watch. He ran 4.02 at 176.98.
