I suggest you talk to Scott at Jerico. I have heard the gears are harder on the WC4 for longer life; softer on DR4 for higher shock loads. You can get the road race sliders on the DR4 so you can downshift on the street. Not quite as durablie for serious drag racing I guess as the drag sliders. I just let off a bit when shifting with road race sliders on my DR4. I have used mine on limited street duty. Noisy but very smooth and easy shifts.
