Easy fix, very repairable.

Weld it up and mill the deck surface.

ball park price for repair or just get another cyl head .this head has alot of work done to it including oversize valves

It can be done.

Here is a SBC head that dropped 2 valves that I welded couple of years ago.

Easiest thing to do is find someone you trust welding aluminum, and is good. Find pieces of steel or material the aluminum weld want stick too, to fit in the holes that need to pass through. You can weld right up next to the material without it sticking, and pull the material out of the holes once you have the aluminum welded up.

You should expect to pay $200-300 to fix the torched area shown in the picture and flycut the entire head.

Rest of head is OK, right?
