ok guys im new hear but ive been reading this NOS tread for about a year now so i wont some of you guys to tell me if this would have been a 7second pass? 3100 pound stock susp, big blk 565 on 10.5s with 2 small kits an i pass my first full pass of the year an the track was in very bad shape but we made it happen the first 2 passes we blew the tire rite off so we asked them to prep for us an they did so here are the #s

60ft 1.32 it normally goes 1.24
330 3.54
1/8 5.34 @ 136.04
1/4 8.21 @ 170.45
it also was very windy an blowing the car toward the wall an watching the wall going from 2nd to 3rd i missed the shifth an hit the limiter for a short while...LOI...........so she should go faster at a better track

No, MPH is low for a 7sec pass. Yes the front half is soft but I think a 8 with a teen would of been at best. I took us 177MPH to go 7.99 with a low 1.2? 60'.

when mine goes 5.36 @ 137 it goes 8.20 @ 174
you probably need to get it into the teens to go 7's

yes, it has gone teens at 138 @ 3200lbs on one kit but not at the same event where it was running 1/4 mile. on that pass i think the 60ft was 1.32 because of track conditions. it usually goes 1.24-1.25.
my car is also about as aerodynamic as a sheet of plywood so it doesn't pick up on the other end like a mustang will.
when we used to run clash of the titans 1/4 mile stuff, most of the nitrous cars that run 5.14 or better would get into the 7's.
