I spoke with Heather earlier today. I promised her id clear things up so here goes... NO Phil was not arrested, NO it was not the DEA. Yes some assets were seized and they were not told why and are still waiting to hear. Please dont turn this into a bunch of crap. I know this will not be an easy request on here!
