I'm just starting chassis updates on a truck for Pro Stock Diesel racing, and will be doing tinwork next (0.024" steel driver's floor and firewall, 0.032" aluminum everywhere else). I'd be interested in seeing photos of current tinwork, especially around obstacles like roll cage bars and in corners. I don't want to do anything complicated like a Pittsburgh seam on the corners (to facilitate individual panel removal at a later date), but would still like a secure attachment. Being a pickup I'll have a big flat surface behind the driver, so also interested in any novel ideas for that area. I'll be buying a Mittler Bros. powered bead roller for this project.
