Here's what we used last year on the intercooler. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/THE-14620/

On the ice tank we used the water heater insulation which by the end of the year was getting wore thru and ripped up.

The thermo-tec stuff is a pain to get off but we did remove it so that we could combine the intercooler and tank this year.

thanks for the input! a friend of mine (who is doing the welds on my tubing after ive tacked) has stuff at his shop called lizard skin http://www.lizardskin.com/pages/ceramic.php that he wants to spray on the hot-side tube, because it runs parallel to the floor & carpet and under the seat, and obviously whether i wrap it or coat it, whatever I do im thinking ill need to do something no matter what to keep the carpet from being burned or melted...
