Looks to be a sharp edge on the port where they dug into the manifold with a that die grinder, be careful dude!

Looks like whoever touched that manifold has no clue what they're doing!

The floor on the right port looks lower than the left one and they're not consistent with each other. The right port goes in further AND to top it all off, the quality of the polish job looks terrible.

A dull burr will push the metal like that also material too soft.
That feathered edge at the ports appear to be from the gasket, not the face of the head ....I think using dye and scribe lines would net better results

Quick way of gasket matching an intake. Definitely should be cleaned up and transitioned in to the port a little further.
