well if 8 160 lb inj can support over 2000 hp
cant i subtract 30% from that because of the the ethanol
needing 30% more fuel that would = over 1400 hp correct?

I'm building a BBF engine right now with an expected output of 2500hp +/-. I'm using 16 160lb injectors or 2 per cylinder to make sure I keep the engine happy and the injectors within a reasonable duty cycle. This is a gasoline combo (Q-16). I feel that we are a little over what we really need but I prefer to be on the safe side. I hope this helps.

When turning up the boost last year I had Accel's biggest pump, started running short on fuel at about 1250 rwhp. I borrowed a Weldon 2035 from Dave H, same thing right around 1250, ended up using both of them. Right now I am just using the Accel, trying to iron out some suspension issues right now so not even close to the 1250 mark.

Looking at the fuel pump curves, I think a 2345 running on 16v would "probably" have been enough pump, but it would have been close to maxed out.
