Ok, why can't I get the Trans dipstick tube into my PG with shield in a '69 Nova. I have tried both "stock" and chrome aftermarket. Needless to say I now need to get another tube. Get this, last time I tried, I ended up in the Hospital with a cut on my thumb down to the bone, half way around the thumb, due to a chrome dipstick tube. I walked away from this car for a year because of it. Any suggestions? Hey Hutch, how much to install "on site" seeing you go by Brantford on you way to TMP. LOL. This is the main thing holding the car from returning to the streets. Thanks, John

What about a Lokar dipstick tube? The flexible braided type.

I have one. I don't love it but it works. I have a firewall mount version.

No problem. I have some tubes in stock that will fit tight to the case.
I can bring one with em to the race if you would like to try it out.
