I have a 750 DP and at idle it is on the lean side.
If I change the IFR to a bigger IFR will that fatten up the Idle?

Bigger IFR or smaller IAB. Turning mixture screws out won't make it richer? How much t-slot is showing?

I set the idle mixture screws to the fastest idle and leave then alone.
There is .020 of the t- slots showing front + rear

yes, but go small like .003 at a time....

I prefer opening the IFR rather than shrinking the IAB...even though the IAB is easier.

if you get too big on the idle flow then you get into a situation where you need transfer slot restrictors.....so go small small small steps and tune from there...
