I just got phucking ripped off. I bought this Turbo kit for Son's car, I sent the money over night to Wynton Roddy, suzukikid15 add in racing junk (#102350), it was an Express Delivery and it was register and he sign for it. I contact him on the 2nd of July to verify that he got the money orders he said yes and that he was going to pack the kit and sent it UPS. Well, today is Tuesday, no e-mails, disconnected his cell and will not respond any of my e-mails sent through racing junk, and his personal e-mail. I contacted the post office and they said the can put a claim, but that there is no guarantee I will get my money back??? What bull shit is this. So, I'm out $1060.00. I wish I can fly to New Mexico, I'll be knocking on that door with the law right beside me. Phucking great, now I have to hear this from my wife all phucking week.

I try to get in touch with the police department by his neighborhood , but no answer from them. I'm going to give him until Thursday, to get in touch with my DA and Fort Rucker Post Legal. My Son was all exited too, about getting his car turbo.

Keep going after that POS I hope you get him soon. I have done atleast 2 dozen deals on RacingJunk and have had not one issue. I sold my last race car and bought this one on RJ I think it's a great site. But, with the economy today I'm wondering if this kind of shiz is going to happen more often...Good Luck!

I contacted Racing junk, but they will not disclose any of his profile or point of contact until a Lawyer contacts them. So, I'll be going to the post legal (Jag). Be ready guys, because when I post his address I will need all the help I can get from the powerful Yellowbullet!

Yes, two money orders, one for 1000.00 and the other for 60.00. I have proof of him signing for the Express Delivery. I contacted the Post Office and they said to put the claim, but no guarantee I'll get my money back!!

The postal office wont do shit, that is a fact. I have been screwed a few times, best thing to do is to use a CC. I am sorry but you probably wont ever see your money again. That is the reality of the situation, and it fucken sucks like shit and I hate that it happened to you. I found it kind of strange he says he needs to sell due to divorce but then he says he will trade for SBC parts.People are fucked up now a days.I have done pleny of transactions on racing junk.So far I have dealt with stand up guys.I have gotten fucked on e-bay though.What a pain to get the money back.
