i got a mouse living in between my drop sealing in my basment where my room is..long story short i hear this fucker every day at this time running around..i went an got 2 mouse traps an a rat trap for good measures well,i bait them yesterday an let the day go by..2 are good with pb still an one has noon left but a fresh turd...i say damn this bitch is slick..re bait an wait..well i here this bitch running around today an am going wtf no boom yet. So after a hour i say let me check the traps...you wount belive this shit..no pb on any of them..this bitch is a fucking ninja because just the weight of a pencil eraser will make them go off..mouse 4 me 0

I've been at this pesky stage too, so to finish it quickly, here's what you've gotta do.
1. Lube all moving parts of the trap.
2. Put the trap down on a piece of cardboard.
3. Place any bait in place and smear it with peanut-butter (they lick it off ).
4. Set the trap with bait in place to go off "just by looking at it" by bending the release wire into the right "shape". Be patient.
5. Slide the trap off the cardboard gently into place. (it wont go off this way)

I agree, many of the rural folks we do work for have dozens of cats since they started out with 1 to help keep mice down around the farms/livestock....but within a year it's like the welfare system, lil cats being born everywhere all the time mooching off the working man's goodwill.

If anybody wants cats, lemme know, plenty of farmers and country folk i know trying to get rid of them LOL!! I cant garuntee they'll reach they're destination alive since i'll have to whack'em extra hard to stay still during their shipment, but there's plenty more where that one came from so we'll just keep trying until we get the baseball bat to the skull figured out so they'll reach your destination and wake up ready for piss'n everything around it off.

cat wont work..its only in my sealing..i have checked kitchen an pantry for turd signs.

i can only use the snap traps do to space..

i have modded the traps an put pb farther back on the triggers..i have bangeg on all the panels in my roof to reawake the enemy.im now waiting if this dont work i have 10 gallons of all purpose carpet an title glue that will come into play along with a sheet of wood an traps

if you can use snap traps, get a pack of glue boards - they come with apple seeds on them - add some granola or dead center PB - when you hear the bastard screaming you got him - drown it in the toilet and throw it away.

Glue boards dont work to well in the cold (garage in the winter) the glue gets hard.

Sticky traps aren't very effective on mice, they're too damned oily.
That said, I caught one once, right in the center of the sticky trap I'd laid out flat. I made sure he was stuck good, then put the little bastard outside for the neighborhood cats. I heard a helluva commotion about a half hour later. I went outside to find a cat with the sticky board stuck to the side of his head along with one of his front feet. He was spinning in a circle, trying to get it off, howling like hell. I laughed until I thought I was gonna throw up. So keep in mind, peanut butter is a great bait to catch a mouse on a sticky board and a mouse on a sticky board is a great trap to have fun with a cat.
I fucking HATE cats, worthless sonsabitches kill songbirds and shit and piss wherever they want. I love dogs and their unconditional love for their keepers, they're a great model for how we should treat each other.
Good luck with the mouse, be sure not to use poison unless you plan to be out of the house for a week or so, those fuckers really stink when they rot!

Came home to him squeeling, stuck in the larger rat glue trap. Threw another glue trap on top of him and smashed it with a broom stick. Dirty little basterd.
