I am preparing to build a big block mopar for a procharger application. I have purchased a D1X procharger and have the brackets to use on a 400 or 440 block.

Can you provide any suggestions for compression, piston coatings etc. I originally understand 8 or 9 to 1 compression but I have heard more can be OK. I read a wider ring gap?

Is a longer stroke a benefit. 3.75 is stock with 4.150 as a popular option (which makes for a higher compression engine or a really dished piston ... if it can fit)

I currently have a water injection system but no intercooler.
