The current political situation has left me fearful as to where we are headed as a nation. I truly thought there would be a savior to swoop in and save the day. Instead we get Quislings and cowards. There used to be a saying that if you didn’t like the policies of your government - VOTE THEM OUT. A quaint notion. Now of course, we know that is no longer possible. All elections will be suspect from here on out and if the Democratic communists have their way with new statehoods and court packing, we may never again have a right leaning federal government.
So, it’s time to plan ahead and get some advice from someone who lived under a socialist regime. Here is a link to a Polish survivor. It’s an easy read plus he has a dark sense of humor, which I guess is helpful when subject to life governed by central planning.
Would the resident liberals on this site please comment on the descriptions provided in the link? I’m curious if you realize that this is what is waiting for US ALL under socialism. Unless you feel you are exempt and expect to work in the Ministry of Horse Power. Under socialism that would be the 4 legged kind.

How I Survived Socialism: A Self-Help Guide for Worried Americans
The regime was harsh, the system absurd but rules made up in Moscow were no match for the individualistic Poles. Magda Romanska’s delightful piece shows us how it was done. Elegantly, of course.
