Also what would u do a plate or a fogger?
Car came through the traps at around 6800 with the 4.56 on motor.

What do you think it will run and at what mph my max nitrous would be a 350 shot.

Thanks

I'd say a 4.10 gear, Direct port with a 300hp tune, And a different cam will get you well into the 8s.

You didn't mention the piston/ch setup.Aren't those 434's tight on ch?8's seems doable.

300hp hit with a 30" tire, no problem. If you want well into the 8's, different cam/gear/convertor. My 10.0 car with a 250hp shot goes high 8's, 154.

My 434 has a 1 inch compression height. 6 inch rod motor. I see most recommend a fogger but u dont think a plate system will get the job done. I see some people going crazy fast with a plate.

How do you run 132 at 6800 rpm with 4.56's and 28x10.5's?

Seems like you should be faster. Are you running at high elevation?

A decent crossbar plate with the right rear gear (3.73?) should get you in the 8's. As long as you dont blow thru the converter.

You should be up over 7500 rpm with that combination. Accounting for 5% or more converter slippage. Sounds like you have a 4.10 gear in the car.
What does the car 60 ?

Definitely agree... Some simple math tells you that at 6800rpm, you could only do 124mph AT BEST (no slippage). 7500 with 3% slippage would be 132.8...

Something is funked up here.

I'm not sure about how easy it is but on my 434 AMC it took 400 hp nitrous to get into the 8's
3.89 gear 7600 rpm at 154 mph data loged
28 tall ET street
cal-tracs 3300 pds.
8.95 at 154
engine made 741 hp N/A
it also took a while to get the chassi and engine tuned to run 8's
it was not just a matter of slapping on a plate and running 8's.
Good luck to you but I didn't think it was easy.
