How much timing & for how long are you taking out on the shift? I have a Drag Radial car, BBC F-3 on methanol. it is soining on the shift. I was going to start at -2 degrees for .3. am I in the ball park?

I would start with -5 and see how it does. Then sneak back up on it as needed.

Yup. It all really depends on the chassis but -5 and .3 is a decent starting point to get some data.
