i recently chassis dynoed my truck to see what the new converter and glide would make over the old th350 combo. i ran a .024f,.028n jetting and made 700rwhp. tune looked spot on and afr was 12.8 for most of the run. i steped it up to a .028f,.032n jetting and it made only 727hp. the bottle was obviously gone at this point. afr was all over the place . what im curious is how much gain in hp should i typically see with this jetting. i will get back on dyno soon with a couple fresh bottles so ill know but just curious on what others have seen .

50hp increase going to the higher step you did is the normal at the flyweel

the tune can make a big difference.

with a 4 jet spilt and the .024 jetting it seemed really good except needed mabe one more degree timing. the bottle went dry halfway through the next run. it only made 727hp but the afr went from 12.8 to 10.8 and was all over the place. made power at first hit and went crazy. next run didnt even make 550 and the bottle was gone. so i didnt get to find out what the .028f jet would make. was hoping to see somewhere in the 750-780 range.
