I have no idea who came up with this but it was falling off when I bought it...
Some before and some of my home made after... Let me know what you guys think. The steel is 3/16 and the boat weighs just over 3,000 lbs.

Looks good. Some people underestimate how complicated it is to get that red x perfectly centered in the white square.

Those X's look plenty strong to me

They're not X's, they're cross bracing.

Looks to me like you marked where holes should be but you never actually drilled them out?

Honestly....That's some of the BEST FAB work I have seen in awhile. At 3000 Lbs everything should be O.K. DOKEE!! :cool: :butthead: :smt082:smt082
