It is so easy and pretty darn good. I use the kit from www.austinhomebrew.com

A gallon of whole milk and 30 minutes later you got a big glob of fresh mozzerella!

When you live out in the middle of nowhere, like I do, it is good to have this available. Since Summer is here, we have tons of fresh, vine ripened cherry tomatoes. I halve the tomatoes, add in fresh chopped basil, a little kosher salt, a little fresh gound black pepper, some olive oil, some balsamic vinegar and small chunks of the fresh mozzerella. YUM!

Very cool, I have been meaning to give that a try. I watched the video, seems real simple.

bought a kit from austin home brew ............. very easy ... and great !!! only thing i will try next time is alittle more salt ....
