The stainless tank is light weight and doesn't build as much condensation as an aluminum tank, I've had both.

The Viair compressors are SHIT compared to the little ARB, I've had both new
You can't air up tires from your manifold presssure or a 1# co2 bottle

I must be lucky . Ive never had an issue with my Viair compressor . Many many years of street driving , and my compressor is mounted to the inside of the frame in the weather . Gets wet almost daily in the summer here in Florida . Pulls the air from inside the cab .

I put a small filter on the line behind the seat because I was afraid of condensation , but it never even collects the first drop .

Not sure if it helps, but my tank is insulated , mounted in the rear quarter , also in the weather .

At one time I was running my boost control , air shifter , BRPVs on my carb , filling air bags on the rear springs, and adding air to tires with this.
