"Last night is a mockery of pretending this is about George Floyd's death or inequities or historical traumas to our communities of color." Quote from MN Governor Walz, who himself has been criticized for the lackadaisical manner in which he's handled the Minneapolis rioting. He's fully mobilized the MN National Guard, first time in that state's history, to ensure there's no repeat.

Despite Jim Horner's constant yapping that this all centers around Donald Trump, he (and everyone else) knows - or should know - the impetus behind the riots. Almost all of the participants are from out of town, many operating in almost military precision; we're talking paid anarchists, heavily funded by organizations such as George Soros' Open Society Foundation. And they're not out to avenge George Floyd...they're out to fundamentally transform this entire country into a tightly controlled socialist mecca.

That ain't no conspiracy theory; it's happening in all ways in every state and every city in America and if all we do is sit back and yell about "Niggers looting Target stores" on television, a decade from now we'll look up and we won't have a recognizable country. Trump can't singlehandedly stop it, nor could anyone from either party who might replace him. It's up to US, the PEOPLE, starting with refusing to elect these socialist plants like the woman they just installed in Boise, Idaho.

Despite you giving your beloved Agent Orange a pass, he's on record for likening "combat".

And since reading comprehension isn't to be found in your wheelhouse today, I've already said that the violence we've been witness to is wrong. Those factions that are engaged in it, are not affiliated with the peaceful protests that are trying to honor George Floyd.

If you think this type of violent response is going to go away, think again. "Qualified Immunity" will have to be changed before it stops.

It certainly doesn't help that the idiot in the WH, has made his preferred choice of color known to the world.

I can read fine. I didn't say you supported the violence. I said you're blaming the wrong source of it. Is Trump the end-all when it comes to solving problems like this? Of course not. Get real. He's also not the root cause of it either, despite every media outlet save Fox News reporting that his "when the looting starts, the shooting starts" tweet was Ground Zero for what happened last night. You don't REALLY believe that horseshit, do you? I mean, I realize Trump ain't your favorite and all...but I never took you for a dumb individual.

Hey Hornclot, Any Riots in your lily white Trump Voting City ?
Do you feel safe there ?
How often do you see a Black Person ?
His area is a high crime area.

BUT if anyone burned down the neighborhood there it would be classified as urban renewal. IF he can afford insurance on that white trash hovel he squats in and it did burn down the local agent would come out and settle up out of his petty cash drawer.

Any particular reason why you keep giving that douche the attention he keeps coming here for?

If Agent Orange could just for a moment, act like the President of the United States, or at least like a fucking adult in the WH, he could possibly make a positive impact on the violence we are witnessing around the country. BUT ....... sadly no. Trump is much more interested in playing the victim card again (see my new post) while STOKING DIVISION & HATE, rather than bringing the country together. That has been obvious from the very day he declared his candidacy back in 2015.

Is what we are witnessing today all of trump's fault. Absolutely not. But he sure as fuck isn't dealing with it like "a real leader" would in times like this. A trifecta of very bad issues is facing America right now and our President's "leadership" is no where to be found. Instead, we are watching trump continue to dither, Tweet out statements inciting violence, and blame everyone else for his failures of leadership.

But you don't see that, do you?

I know what he's doing and often I ignore nonsense, like Gatsby claiming the SpaceX launch was faked in its entirety, but sometimes I just gotta...just gotta...call people out. I try to get along with Horner; you often get more using honey than you do vinegar. And at least he occasionally talks about cars or something other than Trump, so he gets a bonus point for that. I still think he's an unhinged lefty but I don't see any harm in the man.

You're talking to someone who's no Einstein but I wasn't born last night either. I see what Trump's doing and he's a 5-star egomaniac, maybe even 6 stars. He's not a savvy politician - he's from a business background - but neither were a lot of Presidents, which is why they surround themselves with people who are and know firsthand what it takes to keep the country on an even keel. Too bad Trump doesn't always listen to them.

I didn't vote for Trump in the 2016 primary because I thought there were better choices. Hillary Clinton was not one of them. There's a lot of things I don't like about Trump today and his 7th-grade teenage tweets are one of the most glaring examples. Point being, I agree with a lot of what you're saying....but without a doubt in my opinion, you've taken it to an extreme to the point I'd say you lie awake at night thinking about how Trump is decimating America and what you're going to say the next day on YB and whatever other forums you frequent. Stop and think about it - up until COVID, America was doing quite well and Trump, asshole that he is, was part of the reason.

You're A, way overthinking this and B, in the process, failing to recognize Trump for the positive things he HAS done for America. And there are plenty. And if anyone believes Joe Biden or one of those other 20 jackoffs who entered the primary race would be an improvement, well, you know about that oceanfront property in Arizona that's for sale, no?

Trust me Rev, I don't lose any sleep over trump. I read and I post. And mostly what I post is trump's own words and actions. Then I sit back and read the responses as they come in.

The good things you say trump has done, ALWAYS gets in his way as he is constantly pulling out and stepping on his own dick. That said, the wealthy class love him for the massive wealth transfer programs he's implimented to benefit himself and that class. It's pretty obvious that trump hasn't listened much to those around him in the WH and Cabinet. Besides, he's shit canned those who hurt his ego / feelings with the naked truth told to him and has since, surrounded himself with ass-kissers and yes men and women. Hard to receive objective advice in an echo chamber.

BTW .... I won't be voting for Biden either. But there are a few dem candidates that would make a much better POTUS than the current idiot we currently have. Hell, if you want to stay with a Repub, William Weld is a marked improvement over trump.

I thought that trump had the lowest black unemployment rate in our history, under his admin...……..oh, what about the massive prison reform....again under his admin...…..where is your argument?

Could be, but Weld isn't the nominee. I think he garnered one or two delegates total when he threw his hat in the ring a few months ago. So it's Trump, Biden, waste a vote on a write-in, a splinter-party candidate or stay home. Ya got 5 choices.
