I have the supplied data from Fuel Injector Clinic but the lb/hr does not make sense. At first I though exhaust leak but have checked and there is none. E85 fuel.

Has anyone here tuned these before? The strange thing is the minimum injector opening time these called for is 1.45ms - They are High Z not low impedance, thought I would state that again. Seem normal?

1600cc/min = 152.4 lb/hr

1.45ms for a High impedance injector is not out of the ordinary
a lot of the High impedance injectors I flow seem to stop responding in the 1.1ms to 1.5ms range


and what do you mean the lb/hr doesnt make sense?
post a picture of your fuel table and tell us some details about your setup

depending on your motor and how much vacuum you are seeing, at idle it can be anywhere from 5-lb/hr to 40-lb/hr

Holley Minimum Injector Opening Time spec from FIC is 1.45MS. Injector off time table is as follows -

8V - 1.6
8.8V - 1.3
9.6V - 1.1
10.4V - .94
11.2V - .82
12V - .75
12.8V - .63
13.6V - .58
14.4V - .51
15.2V - .46
16V - .43
16.8V - .39
17.6V - .38
18.4V - .36
19.2V - .35

you still havent said what seems out of line to you...

everything looks right to me..
use the supplied Injector Data


and your IDC seems about right to me....
though...11.4:1 seems a little rich to me for only 14psi of boost.

Mathematically using your numbers and not taking into account the opening time nothing seems out of line to me.

5000 rpm, 14.4ms assuming 160 lb/hr tells me 60% DC and 768 pounds of fuel.

Ok thanks guys. Joe - I am going to email you some logs tomorrow afternoon hopefully - silly me, ported heads and I didn't use sealer on the rocker bolts. I had a couple of unhappy spark plugs with oil on them. Hopefully LATE tonight I can make a test hit or two in Mexico.

What looks odd to me is the amount of fuel I am using at such little boost and low timing. I was not expecting to be consuming, using a .7 factor, 900 flywheel horsepower of fuel that early.
