Well folks they are back at it again Vortecpro and Chevguy65...... Lying and trolling.... They have gotten a little slicker with their scam......

We I definitely have proof of the trolling and making fake ID's.......

Now Vortecpro uses another name Mike1231....... now this is his excuse for using both....


So as you can see he lies and says he made the name due to his wife..... but that is a lie.
He made the Vortecpro name and ID on July 30th 2007
Then he made the Mike1231 name and ID Feb 2nd 2008

And he was posting under both names.....So basically Mark Jones was posting as Mike1231 and Vortecpro, and was trolling as Mike1231 after he had already setup the Vortecpro account in 2007..... hmmmmm........... He was posting as Mike 1231 Aug 27th, 08, 9:27 PM ..... He was posting as Vortecpro Jun 20th, 08, 8:59 AM ... So who is the real troll? lol

Now he builds another motor where the head gaskets blew up before the customer could get over 50MPH....lol Here below he says he does not run E85 or build engines with E85

For drag racing the pg, 350 and 400 are the best.
For cruising and an occasional trip to the track with a pro touring car they work fine.

Oh, I have been racing since 1977 much longer than you have been building transmissions.

You can't go from a TH350 to 200-4R without swapping converters, so it's untruthful to say you changed with no other changes, the converter is a large part of the picture, more important than the trans behind it usually.
The 200-4R doesn't have a pressure switch that affects throttle, and if you are speaking of the TV system, proper adjustment will allow WOT.
I have all but stopped selling 200-4Rs, I have no desire to build them, they are the least profitable unit and most time consuming to build properly, so my statement has nothing to do with "selling 200-4Rs without regard to facts".

A TH400 typically puts more pressure in the converter charge circuit than any other transmission, this is what can be hard on crankshafts. The 200-4Rs we test in car here behind a BBC, the converter chage pressure is usually ~20-25 lbs. I've never seen on over 40 psi. Most Th400's will see almost double that.

If you want to be truthful, you should spend some more time doing what we do on a daily basis so you have some valid experience to back up your "facts".

I find it odd that you would say that the 200r will run with the th350 in the 1/4 mile unless your just about selling the 200r without regard to facts.

I personally have run the th350, powerglide, 200r and 700r.
With the 200 I lost .5 in the 1/4 with all else the same. With the 700r I lost about .75.
These are not meant for drag racing, the gearing is not ideal, they use the pressure switch often keeps a carb from opening to wot and the higher pressure is hard on the crankshaft.

Not wanting to argue, just being truthful.

Mine has run flawless for the 4000 miles put on so far. I had asked for a mid to low eleven engine. 11.52 @ 116. Haven't weighed yet but it is over 4000 lbs. 3.55 gears. It's just a mild hydraulic cammed iron headed big block. Even runs great on Californias shitty 91 octane. FWIW :rolleyes:
