Trying to help a friend out. He has a McCullock model # CS38 with a 38cc. He is using a 16" bar. Can't figure out the correct chain to get. How many teeth etc? I know it is for a 16" bar, but that is all I know.

56 according to this. CS38 isnt listed but CS380 is. 16" bar is 56 tooth.

Pay attention to the chain pitch. That's the link to link centerline. Its probably 3/8" and all the chains are the same basically. Buy a rivet tool and buy some chain, then make your own.

Was able to get some help at store. Opened box to make sure length was same as other chain. Ended up getting = Y54 chain.
