You might want to call them first. Sometimes they'll give you a better price over the phone than what's on the gun in the display case. I hate going there. Every time I do, I see something that I "need" to have. :)

When I bought mine I fired a rental glock g19 and a walther ppq m2. I ended up with the walther due to ergonomics. Glock didn't fit my hand at all. Go and shoot a bunch and hold a bunch

If you have a weak wrist, you'll probably want to stay with a full size. My ex had a really hard time shooting my XDM 9mm compact with a 3.8" barrel, couldnt control the kick, which resulted in a few ejected brass getting jammed. My other is a Sig p226 Scorpion with a 4.4" barrel, lot easier to control the kick. For me, as being a mechanic my whole life, I dont have an issue shooting either, but I do find my groupings are lot more controlled with the Sig.
