Who and where offers HEAVY STREET as a class. Is there anything in the west?

Very Big on the East coast.
Cecil has it. 75/80 has a similar class.

Big Tires is very strange as the rules have to be reviewed by a person with no scratch in the game. Every two or three years you will get someone dropping down to pick on the heavy guys.

Dont get me wrong, BTO has some bad mofo's but these cars and combos wernt made/used to run against all out maxed out combos.

I need to get Mel from PSCA to relook into this. With a bunch of promod cars dominating the prostreet and outlaw 10.5.... I bet it would fly out west again.
