Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has used this intake with success and gains?

http://www.racingjunk.com/Intake-ma...C-WEDGE-CAST-TUNNEL-RAM-FITS-9-18-DEGREE.html

I was thinking about using it on a 400 ci (4.195 bore x 3.625 stroke) SBC with CFE 18 degree 268cc intake runner heads turning 9200-9400 RPM.

Is it a good intake making good power? Will it make more power than the Edelbrock part#2858 Victor Glidden Spyder that I am using now?

Thanks
John

What were you putting it on? What made it so expensive? I thought they were supposed to be around $1500 for a CNC'd one to your application?

Thanks

I believe these are "as cast". The bottom of their ad says cnc'd versions also available.
Yes they are as cast for $1195. When they machine it for your application they can also CNC it for $1500 I believe.
