switching to a carb style intake and looking to run the regulator in front of the eblow. I have seen cars at the track running a pair of hard lines from the front of the rails to the regulator. does anyone have a pic? what do the use for line? I assume 1/2" aluminum?

Ive see it done, no pics. I would run stainless hard line. Ive only seen aluminum rated to 15psi or so and it will fatigue from vibration faster.

When I have use hard lines they have always been stainless. As mentioned, never trust aluminum lines.

Screw the reg straight onto one of the fuel rails with a male/male fitting, then you only have to make up one hard line. By screwing the reg direct to the rail you don't have to make a mount.

As stated...never trust an aluminum line to hold anything up or span a possible vibration point. It fatigues prettty easily. Stainless can be had at a reasonabl enough price to do the short lines you nees. Parker has what you need.
