A friend in Canada son was going to do a slightly modified version of one. Don't know if he ever finished it, but it shouldn't be hard. I have my own ideas of how to "fine tune" such a build but the budget just doesn't allow it.
Right now I've started on a clone of an early P/S Duster but that's completely different.

I have to ask what makes you think it would be a hard build, The 66/67 Belvedere, Satallite and GTX all came with the optional Hemi, 440, or 383 motor, Dana rear came with the Hemi in 67 GTX . The biggest thing is the rear quarters around wheel wells.

Back in the mid 70s my brother owned a 67 GTX hemi car with factory power windows complete with build sheet....very rare option on a hemi car.
