hi we are running a turbo 6cld mopar makes around 900 hp we have been sitting for a 2 year period starting to run it and found a crack in the block half way up just below the grout line, is it possible that the block is grout filled that when it is cold there is a slight gap ,the rust and corrosion filled the gap and when running its expands and cracks the block , this seems to be the case . ian

Essentially block filler is just that NON Expanding grout. However it has been added to and updated by the aftermarket and freethinkers out there. ROKBLOK sold by competition products I have found be really good HARDBLOK is good but you need an EXCELLENT mixer to move in all the iron impregnation.

IF you have a ceramic tile place over there just get some non expanding grout will work close to the same as a dedicated block filler.
