Anybody clearanced their Wilwood calipers before? Looking to know where the thin or weak sections of their aluminum castings are more than anything.....any hints/suggestions will be welcomed.

I want to keep the wheels tucked inside the fenders - trying my best to stay away from spacers.....last night I ground across the raised Wilwood letters and a little off the top edge.....they're not rubbing now....will smooth everything to ensure there's .080 airgap tonight...

You may still get some interference whenever a small rock gets kicked up in there. Usually just leaves scratch marks on inside of wheel.

hehehehe....already have those scratch marks from the calipers.....but yes, that's why i was questioning an adequate air gap...I read somewhere to glue some sandpaper or emery on the wheel and spin it....
