It is not Saint Patrick’s day yet but when we pulled our intake last night, the manifold and intake ports are translucent green just like you misted them with green machinist lay out dye. They are also oily wet to the touch and this motor has not been run since mid November. We used VP-113 last year and that is the color they give it. Has any one else seen this before?

Thanks
Tom

Mine does the same. If you have a leaky fuel fitting, you'll get a green residue on it too.

The 113 does that. If I run C-12 nope. I thought I was running way fat the first time I saw it on the dyno but after talking with some others I guess it's normal. Anybody notice it with the Q-16?

The residue you see with Q16 is the fragrance we use. We have cut back on that in the last year so it should be getting better. As far as the other colors, it is just dye. C16 will be blue, C12 and 113 Green and so on.
