GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ALERT!!!!

I got an Otter Box for my iPhone when I got it new in May of last year, and since I got it, the case has been bullet proof, but the belt clip really sucks, and the phone pops out and hits the floor all the time..

I just called Otter Box about it, no questions asked, they are sending me out a completely new, and redesigned case and clip free of charge! arty
