There is a reason that, back in the late 60s/early 70s, grain-fed beef was the (expensive) hotness that everyone bragged about: it just taste all gooderer!

Some really good grass can produce good beef, but most of the "grass fed" is less than one would hope for, "natural"-wise. If you can find cattle actually raised in a pasture, eating the natural greenery, if can be pretty good, but the flavor is still....different....from good grain-fed.
