Truthfully she's been pushing for a month to get the pup and that's been my main reason against it. But after meeting both parents they are both very well behaved and calm. The dad was a bit of an asshole the first couple years tearing shit up but settled down. That and the price was right. Free!

Congrats! Give him a lot of love, take him to obedience classes, WITH your kids!!!, & be sure to socialize him a lot with other dogs & people. Don't ever stand for aggressive behavior from him & correct him immediately if he does. He looks like a handsome boy!!
