Car has Adjustable Ladder bars, rear coil overs with both compression/ rebound .. front is strange struts single adjustment with coil over, 3000 lb car, full slicks 28x10.5...guessing 550-600 hp , looking for a ball park starting point on where to set rebound/compression ..5 clicks from full tight or ???

I would start with the rear shocks set with a pretty soft compression setting to let the car squat. Extension mid point. Front compression set to 3/4 stiff. Rear tires a 11 psi cold. Video every pass and watch how the suspension reacts. Put the ladder bars in the middle hole if there is one. Only make one change at a time after that. Multiple changes will not tell you know what worked, or didn't work for you. Scaling the car to see your front and rear weights would not be a bad idea either.

Agree with most of above but would start closer to full stiff on extension. Ladder bars always seem violent to me.
