Not surprising.

I bought a set of carbs for an ATV years ago. Brand is Lectron, which are some really trick, high dollar pieces. Ebay ad said they were 36mm HV (high velocity-special designed venturis) and when they came in, they were only 30mm standard. Of course you couldn't tell by the pictures.

I filed a complaint, and then had 2 different shops that I did business with, send letters on their company letterhead saying they were not as described. Both shops are the premier Lectron dealers in the nation. I submitted pictures of a real 36HV next to what I was sent. After ebay and paypal reviewed the case, they sent me back an email saying there was not enough evidence to support my claim and refused to refund my money.

Do you use a credit card thru your paypal account???
If you do call your card company and they will jump all over paypal's ass. Dam I wish I knew that was the one Jerry was talkin about. When I seen the pic's I knew something was up. What is it a 60mm ??? Big differance between the 2 so he had to know he was shittin some body. If there's anything I can do to help let me know.
