TRZMotorsports.com sells the same pieces as well, and give you the option of different master cylinders. With the stock brakes, I would run the smaller bore master cylinder of the ones available.

I made my own plate out of 1/4 inch aluminum. It still holds the master cylinder on an angle which I don't like. Two years ago I switched to silicone brake fluid because I was tired of the paint getting ruined on my firewall. The angle also makes it a pain when trying to bleed the brakes if you're not careful. If I had to do it again I would by the machined plate from TRZ to keep the master cylinder level.
