Is this map close to what I am looking for? smoothed a few valleys it had by dropping fuel in areas that the car didn't adjust in learning mode. Strictly drag car. BBC on Gas

If that's what the engine wants, then yes. There should never be any large mountains or valleys, should always be a smooth transistion in each direction, which you have.

One aspect of viewing the Fuel Graph: It's better to zoom in, by highlighting segments of the Base Fuel Table, and click "Graph".
This method offers much greater detail. Looking at the entire "Fuel Graph" will almost always look smooth, because it's not as magnified.
I usually divide the Base Fuel Table into four sections, and smooth each section until the entire Fuel Graph is smooth.

i see some ridges in the modified area... i know on our car we had to make the fuel table look a little funny in the transbrake area and where the converter started grabbing the motor. just different loads on the motor in those areas.

whatever it takes to make the car accelerate smooth and quick.
