Bracket race an 83 Monte with a 540 BBC. Car is usually very consistent but every once in a while we get a run that is way off. As much as .05 to .1. Run it in open loop and have tried turning off the air temp and coolant enrichments. Not sure it helps. Does anyone have any tips on setting up EFI for consistency. Ours is the Electromotive system. Thanks.
Fuel Injected Consistency

Check your battery voltage - it's absolutely critical for the MSD and the fuel pump pressure. Also, no crimp-on Autozone wiring connectors. Crimp + solder is the best.
