Had to drill out my fuel cell a while back for the -12 bulkhead. Couldn't find my uni-bit so I used a regular drill bit and the hole isn't completely round.

The russell bulkhead only had a really thin teflon washer and it didn't seal at all. I picked up a large rubber washer to add to the outside and that worked great, but now the race fuel ate it and developed a slow drip that I finally found.

I redrilled it with the uni-bit and it is round except a slight dimple to one side and yes it leaks there, of course. Any ideas? Thicker teflon washer on both sides? The one they sent was paper thin and it's all distorted out of shape. Seems like they should send something better for it.

Could JB weld or similar work to close up the gap a bit?

If the rubber washer worked, find a viton washer instead and use it.

If the hole is slightly oversized, use a viton o-ring that will fill the gap and then put a teflon washer on either side to compress the o-ring.
