You only waited until 9:30am? I have received overnight by 10:00 most of the time. I could be wrong but I believe overnight is guaranteed by noon.

Saturday deliveries are to be made by 12.....noon in metro areas. But as this was a holiday weekend and UPS had off you will get it on Monday. I would blame the shipper for not telling you of this more than UPS. No I don't work for them. But I am retired from there after 33 yrs...............................Ed

No no this was yesterday...As in, it was supposed to show up FRIDAY by 10:30am as the package Strange at 4:30pm thursday...I waited at my shop until 9:30 PM not AM!:-damnit
I am with you. FUCK UPS. I have been left waiting many and many of times on parts to try and make the race, only for shit to not show up. Then waiting on stuff at times, and it shows up damaged and neither seller who did not get insurance or UPS when insurance is bought wont fucken cover it. FUCK UPS.

I know it sucks and all, but I have to chuckle, sorry. You do realize that you can watch the entire progress of your package online right? I find it kinda funny that someone who is obviously internet savvy wouldn't take two seconds to check the tracking number and "see" where the package was at, instead of waiting around the shop for a gazillion hours hoping the magic brown truck will deliver the load!

I guess to me it's kinda funny because I get 15 -20 customers every month that bitch and moan about shipping time and I have to explain to them like they are 4 year olds on how to check the tracking number online. They bitch and cry at me when UPS takes 5 days to deliver their package when you can clearly watch it's progress online and know exactly when to expect it! It has become humorous.

I didn't get my scheduled delivery on Friday, either. Neither did Big Daddy. He posted about it, too.

Apparently, UPS decided that all of our businesses were closed for the 3rd. Hell, I worked on the 4th in the morning. Why would I be closed on the 3rd?

....and how humorous is it when it says "out for delivery" for several days in a row. It's clear that they should spend less on advertising.:-D

If it was "out for delivery" for "SEVERAL" days, then therein lays the problem. Someone should have called them out on that. When I have inbound shipments (about 15 per month) beit Fed-Ex, UPS, USPS-DHL or what have you, when it says "OFD" I have yet to not get the package that day.

Well ....hate to burst your balloon:smt082 I've had that happen twice this year. Tracking shows out for delivery...never shows up. It then shows scanned back into the depot and "out for delivery the next day". I've had packages "miss-delivered" to the next town over......and tracked them down myself.

Don't take this as a personal attack...it's a huge company and I am sure it has it's fair share of "I don't give a shit", but in my assessment the upper management has the culture problem. Just like every other huge monopoly---spend millions on advertising a company that can "walk on water"...and then short workers the tools to get the job done..

I've always had good "drivers".....but as for BROWN.....well that's just another word for turd!:-D

Nah, I am with you. I was kinda saying that 99% of the folks who bitch, like my customers, just haven't a clue. But I have yet to have an "out for delivery" not show up. If for some reason it isn't going to make it, it usually shows up "delivery exception". Then you know there is an issue.

But I agree, UPS is brown for a reason... I use USPS primarily.
The USPS motto - Not really a government agency, we just try to act like one!
