Took the kitchen sink & faucet out this morning, in order to put in a new one...The old one is going in my mom's apartment that I am putting in my new building...Sit it on the porch while I put the new one in...Went to get it so I could give it a cleaning and put it in the apartment, and the damn faucet had frozen and busted the damn spout...GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Weather here has been crazy. Single digits to -20. Snow storm into Saturday. 6" of snow. Then 55 Sunday and rain. This morning it was in the low 20's. Gotta love New England!
