trying to finish my supspension on a budget but have a question. on the rear i have steeda weight jacker lower, steeda adjustable uppers and the factory v8 gt springs. going to order some 50/50 shocks at the end of the week. on the front i was gonna get some 90/10's but am unsure about the springs, should i get moroso tricks, stock v6, or what? the car is just a 89 gt with a 351w and c4.

i have qa1 150# coil overs with a 351w . used to have 4 cylinder springs on all rear .

well i think the coilovers may be out of budget i dont know ill have to check the pricing on them. are 4 cylinder springs better than the stock v8 springs? was under the inpression v8 springs on the rear was the way to go.

you can get a coil over kit for 90$ off ebay..then grab some coil springs from team z..i would get 12" springs with 150# rate if your not going to drive it on the street..if so i would do 175#..

go with v8 springs on the rear..some good high miled ones..the coil overs up front will let you drop the car down..then you can cut a half a coil or so off the rear springs and get a nice stance,,

if your rear uppers and lowers are not solids then set pinion at 4..if there solid set it at 2.

seeing your doing this cheap try find and air bag to put in the rear seeing you wont have a anti roll on the car
