Usually the police here will prosecute the guy who owns the house.It certainly was a breath of fresh air to read that a scumbag got the kicking he deserved without any prosecution..

same kind of problem over here also, personaly i would probably not have had enough selfcontrol in that situation to not beat the SOB straight to death
