I make a focaccia bread with roasted gtarlic puree', fresh plum tomatoes, basil and olive oil. Basically I prepare the garlic puree by roasting garlic cloves in olive oil. Once they are soft I blend till smooht and add salt, sugar and white pepper. When the bread is about 5 minutes away form being cooked I drizzle the puree on top, randomly palce the tomato and basil, few turns of fresh ground black pepper, a little dry oregano and drizzle a little more olive oil. I make this any time im making the wife and kids a panini and its killer. The panini I make is fresh mozzarella, prosciuttto, coppa salami, grilled sliced eggplant, and arugala. On the press and warm through. Drizzle as little olive oil and balsamic and its good to go.
