Recently I bought a new Dominator from one of the "big" carb tuners. We have had problems with it "loading up" at low RPM's and also having the floats creep up when the car is off but the pump is on.

Upon talking to the vendor, they suspected a bad needle & seat, but upon replacing it the problem still exists.

Is there anything else to look at? The carb has been cleaned and rebuilt a few times now and the fuel pressure is not an issue.

is the carb level when parked? what f/p? deadhead reg.?
The carb is turned 90deg on the manifold for cowl clearance reasons but the floats (trapezoid shaped) have been changed to allow that.

The carb sits pretty level, but it is only the primary side (currently passenger side with the carb turned) that has been creeping.

The regulator, gauge, and pump are all Aeromotive and the system is plumbed with a -10 feed and -8 return.
