A friend put togeter an old Maverick with a 351w, Edelbrock heads, .500 lift hydraulic cam and a duel plane 650 4bbl.
9-inch with a 4.11 spool and 10 inch Nittos & Cal Tracks. 2800 converter. Glass front. Car weighs 2700 lbs with him in it.

IMPORTANT PART: This is the FIRST TIME OUT, He has not driven on a track in 25 years. The car has only been, literally, around the block on the street.
THIS IS THE QUESTION: What do you think this car will do at Bradenton today?

NOT what's the potential.... WHAT WILL BE HIS FIRST, AND WHAT WILL BE HIS BEST ET, TODAY?
thx!

What kind of dual plane intake? I had an edelbrock rpm air gap on a 302 & it pulled strong past 6500. Need more info on the combo, just guessing from what you said, ill say 13.20s.
