Does the XFI need a switch input trigger to start the internal datalogger? Is it a LS or HS input?

We setup the parameters in the XFI for the logger to start but it still wont begin logging... We werent sure if it needed a trigger.

12v+ to the pink power adder wire to arm.

then you trigger with TPS% or volts or whatever .

I use a momentary switch on the arm wire with trigger set to battery volts = 5. time = 10 seconds. i push the button just as i'm about to stage. it usually gets the whole run unless there's a long spot.
